- Calculation how many machines you can increase. Space is the most importance because you need space for drying the incense sticks in time otherwise quality will be down quickly. Now you can increase to 20 machines. After you are confident in controlling the factory, you can increase more machines.
- Check if the electricity is enough for you to open that quantity of machines
- Control the incoming materials: Every month you use how many tons of each kind for production you must have the number.
- Control the bamboo sticks: Give each worker a full bag of 40 kgs one time and check in the list whenever you give them. End of the day, you ask them to weigh the waste of bamboo sticks.
