The most important thing is you must have good quality of wood powder and joss powder.
In this writing, we will guide you have to mix powder and check quality.
- Mixing: If you take wood powder from a not good source, this wood powder quality is not even in every bag. This bag can be good quality (high mesh) but that bag can be bad quality (low mesh). So if you put 1 full bag in the mixer, you will face the following problems:
- If that bag is good quality, you put 10 kgs of wood powder, 1.4 kg of joss powder and the mixer works.
- If that bag is not good quality, the mesh is low, joss powder you put same ratio as above but your workers can’t work with this mixture due to the combination is weak. As the result the final quality is very bad, lots of damage and absorption rate is high.
- The solution for this is you have to open 4 bags in one time, each bag you take 10 kgs and put 40 kgs in the mixer and mix. This will help you to have even quality however it’s a big work for your workers.
- There is another solution, you have to invest a big mixer, for example 500 kgs mixer. Then you mix all wood powder and joss powder. After that, you take out this mixture and put in a smaller mixer to mix with water and use.
- However, even you have a big mixer to mix, some containers come with different quality and you are headache to adjust the formula by adding or reducing joss powder.
- Are you ready to do this? Reluctant? Ok, we have the solution for you. We have done everything here, we have mixed all materials well before grinding. So we guarantee quality is even in all the bags. And you will get same quality for full lots.
- The process of mixing is: Put 40kgs of wood powder in the mixer, add joss powder around 6 to 7 kgs (depend on your wood powder mesh is high or not, your joss powder is good quality of not), then turn on the mixer to mix dry in around 5 minutes. Add burning powder into water and mix it well till it is fully melt. Then pour the water into the mixer and mix in 10 more minutes. Now you can use it.
